Welcome to my Website! My name is Melissa Vernon. I’m very personable, outgoing and professional! My goal is to make you feel good at all costs, and look your best at an affordable rate! I am a certified lash technician, and a licensed cosmetologist! I’ve serviced over 300 clients across the panhandle and have retained majority of my clientele here in Pensacola. Each lash session will come with a lash bath and after care instructions. I am looking forward to working with each and everyone of you. Book me for your next lash experience! ✨

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing XOX Beauty! I now charge a deposit at the time of booking (NON REFUNDABLE), and also require you reach out to me via phone or email to cancel within 24 hours before your appointment if you can’t make it. Canceling your appointment outside of the 24 hour window will result in a 50% cancelation fee or $40 (which ever one is greater). No call no shows will result in a 100% no show fee (or $50 which ever one is greater) the first time and will be charged and blocked from booking if it occurs again. I understand things happen! This fee will be a mandatory charge in addition to the price of your service. LATE POLICY: You get a 7 minute grace period. A $10 late fee will be assessed after the grace period. Anything after 15 minutes will result into a cancellation and a no show charge. WAIVERS: You are now required to sign a waiver before your appointment. The waiver will be sent to you electronically after you schedule your appointment. In the event you do not receive a waiver via text or email, please reach out to me.
